Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • After your order is processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) is sent.


2. Shipping Destinations

  • SaraMae’s currently ships to:

    • United States

    • Canada

    • Australia
  • Availability of shipping to specific regions within these countries is shown at checkout.


3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 days after dispatch.

  • Timeframes are estimates and can be affected by:

    • Carrier delays

    • Local delivery conditions

    • Customs or border processing

    • Peak seasons and high-volume periods

Once the package is handed to the carrier, transit speed and delivery are controlled by the carrier.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any free or discounted shipping promotions are applied and shown at checkout when available.


5. Order Tracking

  • When your order ships, a confirmation email is sent containing:

    • Tracking number

    • Tracking link (when supported by the carrier)

  • Tracking information can take 2–5 business days to update after the tracking number is issued.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Orders can be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by your country or region.

  • These charges are not included in item prices or shipping fees at checkout.

  • The recipient is fully responsible for any additional customs-related costs.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Shipping address details must be accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

  • SaraMae’s is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

    • Non-delivery or returns due to failed delivery attempts

  • If a package is returned due to an address issue:

    • Reshipping may be possible; additional shipping fees may apply, or

    • A partial refund may be issued excluding shipping costs, depending on item condition and reason for return.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • A shipment is treated as significantly delayed if it has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date.

  • For delayed or suspected lost shipments, include your order number and tracking details when contacting support.

  • Resolution may include:

    • Investigation with the carrier

    • Replacement or refund, subject to investigation outcome and internal review


9. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Orders are sent for processing shortly after payment.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

  • Any approved change, cancellation, or reshipment is handled according to current internal policies at the time of the request.
